I love the idea of creating two different canvases - one with each of your vows on it. I especially like this style if the two of you wrote your own vows, because then they're completely different.
Another approach would be to include an engagement or wedding picture with your vows or readings or whatever you want printed on it. You could then turn it into a canvas, or have it simply be a framed photo.
