yellow + gray

Look out turquoise, there's a new color in town.  Well...that may be a stretch...but recently I've been absolutely in looove with the color combo of yellow and gray.  I don't know what it is, but there's just something about the bright vibrant yellow against the muted gray that I just adore.

Check out some of the beautiful rooms, doors, etc. I've found that feature this fabulous color palette...could I be sensing some inspiration for the master bedroom?  Hmm...

Because yellow is so bright and vivid, I would have a hard time using it as the main color in the room...but when it's used as an accent color in the smaller decor, I think it's just stunning.

I LOVE how this barn style door between the bedroom and bathroom ties the two rooms together.

Now just imagine how gorgeous this entryway would be if they added some bright yellow flowers.  Me gusta.

And I saved the best for last...holy hannah I love this room.
