OFFICE CHAIR FABRIC 2.0

Last Friday, I showed you guys some of the fabrics I was considering for our office chairs.  After a lot of debating and not a lot of decisions, I decided to do what I do best: break out photoshop.  And boy, am I glad I did, because of all the fabrics, I only sort of like two of them.  So, I went on the hunt for more fabric, and now I can't decide which to get.  Here is what I came up with:

I like this if the white is actually white and not so ivory.  I'll have to see the fabric in person to make a decision, but if it's ivory, it's a no-go because it will clash with the white wood everywhere.  I also like that the black would tie in the black desk and chandelier that's in the middle of the room.

This one would probably look better with black legs, and it would go with the yellow color scheme (I'd definitely change some of the artwork and accessories behind it)...but I just don't think I'm really sold on it.  The pattern is fun and bold and modern, but I just don't love it on this chair.

#3: Waverly Sparkler Citrine - $29.99 (one of the originals)

Although this would definitely bring a pop of color into the room, I think the material is more suited for a pillow than an entire chair.  It just seems a bit much to me.

I surprised myself by actually liking this one (because usually I am not a big fan of red).  However, I don't know if I'm completely sold on the pattern.

I am IN LOVE with this one.  But, if you're observant, you probably recognize the fabric.  And the reason you recognize it is because we have two chairs in the exact same print, just a different color.  I adore the colors, I adore the pattern, I just have to decide if its super lame to have (practically) the same fabric in two different rooms.

#6: Premier Prints Cottage Summerland - $7.70

I really like the sketchy print on this fabric, but I wish the color of the flowers weren't such an awkward color.  It's almost like an olive green mixed with mustard yellow, and I'm not really a huge fan of it.

#7: Braemore Gorgeous Pearl - $30.10

I really like this fabric. I wish the colors were a little brighter, but I do adore the pattern.  Below are a few other pieces I could find with this same fabric:

Or if you're like Noel and need to see them all next to each other, here are my four favorites:

What do you guys think?  Miss indecisive needs your advice.

  1. I love that last one. Also, you just inspired me to go back to the Salvation Army where I went yesterday and get a chair that was only $100 and in great condition!

    1. Oooh, are you going to recover it?! I'm debating whether I should buy this pair of French Provincial armchairs and recover them too. So tempting.

  4. At first glance, I liked the two on the right and then after paying closer attention to the items in your room, I would go with Braemore Gorgeous Pearl!

  5. Number 4 or 7. Definitely great choices that work well with your wall prints.

  6. I love option 4! The black and white little birdies would be so cute with a textured teal pillow! I do, however, see a bit more of you in #3! (looking at the last 4 pictured)
