TYFD: a pesky paint problem

Are you guys ready to kick off another exciting project?  I received a lot of emails two weeks ago, but only ONE, I repeat that, ONE linkup - so to encourage you guys to not be shy, I thought I'd choose the submittal that was blogged.  Come on people, be bold!  I'm just kidding - I'll still pick yours if you email me.  In all reality, I chose this project because I think it's a problem many of you may have and will be able to relate to...but enough rambling - let's get to what you all came for!

Everybody, meet Sue.  Sue blogs over at Hello.  Also, I love you...so you should go check her out.

She is currently living in Japan with her hubby...and because they are renting, they have a pesky problem many of you may also have: they aren't allowed to paint.  Like so many, Sue doesn't know how to begin to brighten up a space without the luxury of paint.

In her blog post, she showed images of her whole house, but for this series, I'm going to just focus on one room....the bedroom.

So, check back next week to read about my advice for Sue!

To submit your own space, like Kirsten Danielle Design on Facebook and post your picture & problem to the wall, email me photos and a description, or blog about it and link up!  Just grab the button below, put it in your post, and then add your link to the list.

  2. Eek I'm so excited! Our bedroom is by far the most boring room in the house!

  4. Ah, those pesky landlords! I'm always interested to see how renters gussy up their spaces. This one should be good!

  5. Renting is the worst, but since we're planning on renting out our condo in the coming months, I can't wait to see your suggestions.

Also...I'm back in town after a much-needed vacation and there is a very pesky bookshelf staring at me from my living room that still needs some loving. But now that I have your blueprint, it should be no problem!!
