If there is one thing I have learned after years and years of watching countless hours of HGTV, it is the fact that neutral sells. Although painting isn't expensive, most people don't enjoy it...so when a potential buyer walks into your living room and sees that lime green accent wall that you just love, it may not be a deal breaker, but it's also not a deal maker.
